To eliminate local freight costs, The Megna Group also allows scheduled collections from their fulfilment centres, which even the end consumers can opt. “other 3PL’s in Australia do not allow brands to use their own couriers and in the event that the brand wishes to do so, the 3PL charges a fee per consignment, on top the freight charges. We do not do that. We encourage our customers to use their courier rates alongside ours, at no additional fee, to ensure their freight costs are kept as low as possible,” mentions Lana.
